Mobile Network State - Disconnected

Hi All,

The last few days my network coverage has been sporadic at best. I'm currently out of the house and so away from home Wi-Fi. On the settings it states 'Mobile Network State' - 'Disconnected'. 'Service State' - ' Out of Service' and 'Network' - 'Emergency calls only'. Sky doesn't appear to have an outage.

I've been on the network about 4 months and had my phone about 2 (second hand refurbished Samsubg S20 FE).

Any suggestions?

Are you able to try your sim in another unlocked phone to see if it then works ?
