      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi have recently upgraded from iPhone 14 to iPhone 16 plus. Have received my May bill and still being charged for old iPhone 14 when I have had confirmation that my returned iPhone 14 has settled the outstanding value of the iPhone 14? Please can you adjust bill so only paying for iPhone 16 plus? Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
