Scam call

I received a phone call today from a mobile number telling me that because I am a great customer they are offering me an iPhone 26 or Samsung s25ultra for 23pound a month after taking some details from me then sending a 4 digit code which I gave them they then sent me a what's app an I said I shell here off them in an hour now I'm thinking it was a scam

Iyveas a scam so what details did you give them as whatever it was they will need changing so they can't access your account ?

Almost certainly.

Sounds like you've assisted the scammers in taking your account over: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/account-takeover

If you do receive shiny new phones ordered under your account ensure you only return them to the address confirmed with Sky.

The scam involves the scammers collecting the phones from you (even sending trusted couriers to collect them such as the RoyalMail!). They have the phone and you're paying for it...

I have changed my password and my security question some one from sky team has messaged so I'm now gonna speak with them thank you.

It sounds like you have it in hand but when you have a few minutes I would read the link posted above by @PandJ2020 @especially what to do should a mobile/tablet be delivered to you that you did not order.
