I'm in algarve portugal and it was working yesterday and now has suddenly stopped

Although you don't have to, do you have a spend cap set because if you do it needs to be high enough to cover your stay.

That apart have you tried searching for other networks to see if your device will connect and then work ?

How do i find out if i have a spend cap? And wifi is working and calls are working it's just my 4g/5g

If calls are working then it will not be spend cap related so pretty much all you can try is to see if your device will connect and work to a different network.
