      <title>Phone update problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had an update come through for my mobile today so I excepted it and updated it to my phone, which was fully charged at the time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A while later I picked my phone up to check it and it was completely dead. I have tried restarting it by pressing vol down and the power button at the same time for 10-20 seconds, different cables and different chargers. I have tried connecting via my laptop and I have also checked it for water damage which was clear. Still no signs of life. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried plugging it into the mains and leaving it for a while and then seeing if it has come back to life ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
