&lt;P&gt;If this is an iphone refresh the network settings so go Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Transfer or Reset [Device] &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset Network Settings.Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it is an Android phone go to About Phone &amp;gt; My Phone number, change it and reboot the phone. Also in text settings change the chat function to automatic. Make sure your current number is ticked and the temporary one isn't.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have ported my number in from o2. On Sky network my number is recognised but to other contacts, it shows as the original number assigned prior to the number port. How do I fix it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
