Swap Sim only plan to VIP reward deal

Currently have a sim only deal with sky 10GB for £12 and looking to swap to the sky VIP reward deal 10GB for £5.
It doesn't appear on the data plan options on the app. How do I swap? Also would like to keep the same number.

Hi @CaitlinS15 those deals are normally for additional sims on your account, however if you call sky on 150 they may be willing to apply it to your current sim, the worst that can happen is they say no.

That's interesting. I have taken out broadband today and a message popped up saying I can have that deal. So I went into my mobile account to swap mine over and the deal isn't there either. ..I'm a platinum VIP. I wrongly assumed it would be on there 😀. The question is why make things so hard, now I will have to call them,again.

When you click the link from the vip offer it says not found although that happens with all the so called offers make it so difficult so they hope you give up instead been going roujd in circles for 2 days

Give Sky a call as they might be able to place the order for you. 150 is the number to use from a phone that has a Sky sim in it and when you do say nothing when asked any question by the bot and remain on the line.
