Any saved data will remain in the piggybank when you change your plan as you only lose it when:

It has been in the piggybank for 12 months

Or there is no active sim on the account.

Hello.
doea anyone know if your saved data that's in your piggy bank, will stay there if you swap to a lower data (cheaper) mobile sim only plan?

I have a lot of data saved so I clearly don't need to be on the current priceband as I don't use even half of the data provided. However I don't want to switch if it disappears.
thanks in advance

You can change the active dataplan on your SIM once per month. It does not affect the piggybank.

The piggybank is only lost if you cancel the last SIM on your account. (Notwithstanding data expires 12 months after being added to the bank)
