These are pretty well known scam calls that get posted on here almost every day. If you have given them no personal details then you have nothing to worry about so did you give them any details that they asked for ?

@PWC30

They try to obtain sufficient details so that they can order an expensive mobile phone under your details which subsequently gets sent to your address. The scammers then recontact you saying they've made a mistake and to send it to a (non Sky) address. They then have the device and you have the bill.

With any unexpected calls from Sky if the caller asks for your telephone password to confirm you're the account holder (which a genuine Sky agent should) initially give an INCORRECT one on purpose. If the caller doesn't challenge it then there's a good chance it'll be a scam call.

Did you give the caller any account details? If not then you'll most likely not receive anything however if you did then you'll probably receive an expensive phone or tablet ordered by the scammer who'll then call again to say a mistake has been made & to give the device to a courier or to post it to a specific address, do neither of these but contact Sky for return information.
