Hi @Lynda441 if it fits in the packaging sky have provided I would as it will give an extra level of protection. Take photos of the device before sending to show it's not damaged. Keep proof of posting too.

@Lynda441 You use the box the new phone come in to return the old one

the box should also contain a return label but it's quite small so you might need to look for it
