      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am totally furious, I'm on holiday alone, a solo traveller, I can't make any calls or use data, I spoke to someone yesterday who said they'll add 10gb of data on from piggy bank! I have elderly parents that I have to be able to contact, I have never had such awful service from a provider!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Have you set your monthly spend cap high enough to cover your stay ? Have you tried other local networks ? This isn't sky CS here, just customer helping customer and help isn't always instant.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
