Hi can anyone tell me where I can find the order or invoice number from when I bought my sky mobile so I can claim my accessories

@Joanne2209 You need to enter the credit agreement number minus the letters

the agreement can be found under documents on the link below, alternatively enter your sky account number

You need to use your credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.
