ESim failed install

So I bought a iphone that was esim only. I have a physical sky sim. So i started the process to convert on Sunday. This disabled my physical sim and sent me the verification codes for the eSim but the steps to install are missing from MySKy. So i have been texting and ringing all week looking for help . All the while explaining my mobile sim is not working . But today to top it all off they rang the phone that isnt working and left a message saying they woudl call back Monday. Really wish i hadnt joined sky . Its been a mess . Everyone blaming everyone else.

Anyone else come across this?
