Vodaphone are doing maintenance in our area until the 10th of May. Myself daughters and husband are all unable to use our phones outside of WiFi. Anyone else experienced this? Surely there must be a refund given for this period it's so frustrating!! Any help much appreciated

If you mean they are carrying out maintenance on a nearby mast then there's no automatic compensation for a reduced service. Once it's fixed you could call Sky and ask nicely if they'd consider applying a credit to your Sky mobile account but they have no obligation to.
