Of course it's similar problem when you have outages worldwide and blaming a mast, it's lies

The other we're having problems whilst roaming abroad. You're having an issue in the UK.

So, is anything showing on that link? Remember Sky don't own or maintain any masts.

Sky website status says a mast is down.. 5 days and using a good search engine like duckduckgo shows it's all over UK and Europe, it must be a big mast lol

So a local mast to you in Scotland has a fault therefore you'll be relying on a third party repair.
