My partner lost his phone while abroad. I need to call to let Sky know that.. but when I call the line is very bad however I have full bars 5g in Spain

how can I contact you and speak to someone not an automated voice that keeps breaking up?

@Jeanette24 There isn't a number that bypasses the bot

Click on the need more help drop down at the very bottom of the link below to reveal an 0333 number if your in uk (full numbers aren’t permitted on the forum)

If in ROI using the same link change the flag in bottom right hand corner and refresh the link before following above instructions to reveal an 0818 number

or if you have sky mobile/talk call 150 Calls to Sky Customer Services from your Sky Talk landline phone or a Sky mobile are free

The start will be automated which may try to send you here to the forum or suggest you receiving a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

Thanks for the replies, I have called the number however the 'bot' keeps breaking up and I can't hear what it's asking of me.

Not sure if it'll suffice but you could try contacting Sky via social media. The links are at the bottom of the forum page.
