      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am existing sky customer, just received my new SIM cards. I want to keep my old number, but there are no clear instructions for existing user only if you you transfer from another provider, can someone please help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You can't use a Pac code to move a number from one Sky sim to another Sky sim so you have a few options.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could call Sky to ask them to cancel this new sim you activated and then use the one you have.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could either use the sim you have or if you want to transfer the number you have to the new sim then you would need to use a Pac code to transfer your current sim number to a PAYG network and then use another pac code you get from them to transfer it back to your new Sky sim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They sent me new SIM card which requires activation, however, I want to keep my number but my understanding from your answer it is not possible. Am I missing something here.?
