Are you sure you are changing the correct cap ? As there are two, the roaming cap and the monthly spend cap.

Hi, having nothing but problems with my Sky Mobile while out in the USA. Have been using the daily £2 roaming passport plus for the first three days which has worked fine as it has done when I’ve used this before across multiple different countries in Europe. Then yesterday started having issues with my mobile data not working due to my spend cap being met so therefore the next roaming passport plus could not start. So I tried to find out what was going on by using the app and my future bill. This didn’t help as I kept getting a ‘sorry, something has gone wrong’ message whenever I clicked anything, which wasn’t especially helpful. Anyway, I increased my price cap from £45 to £75 in the interest of being able to access mobile data as I knew I was travelling today. Then the next £2 roaming passport plus started so I thought everything was back to normal. Now that the next 24 hours has ended I’ve got another text saying it can’t renew the new roaming passport plus as I’ve now met the next price cap I’ve set, which is £30 higher than yesterday. How on earth this is possible as I’ve only spent the £2 roaming passport plus in the last 24 hours is beyond me. Your app or large parts of it also isn’t working due to technical problems so I have no idea what to do.

Also, what's the point in having a ‘view itemised usage’ section of the bill in your app if it never works?

The last two texts seem contradictory to me, either it's been met or it's at 50%, which one?

Hi, I am in Spain and having the exact same problem. I've rented a car but unable to use it as I can't use my data for my maps which is ridiculous now it's been like this for a couple of days. But it worked fine when we first arrived.
