Just got a new Samsung and trying to claim for the galaxy buds. Does anyone know what document I need to upload as proof of purchase which has the model number of the phone on?

Hi @Suze1977 you can use the agreement number found in your message centre (minus the letters) or you can use your mobile account number.

As stated above you should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
