Hi @Pete150 and @KarlaH04 it could well be a local issue. If your spend caps are set high enough then you could try turning off automatic network selection then do a manual search and choose networks from the list. Sky have no control over foreign networks.

And what would be high enough for spend cap? I've set mine at £40? Would that be enough?

Yes that should be enough to cover 20 days roaming @Ted21 be aware that calling local numbers isn't covered by the £2 daily charged and would eat into your spend caps.

what phone are you using ?

If it's an iPhone @Ted21 go to settings, mobile service, network selection and toggle off the a list of available networks should appear. Try these. There are others reporting issues in Canada so there could be an issue out of yours or Skys control.

Still no signal today. I've tried turning off automatic network selection. It gives me 4 network options and I've tried them all but still nothing!

I'm getting the same thing today. Have tried all the suggested fixes and nothing is working.
