I s someone able to help with turning on roaming. I've tried all the steps and reset network but nothing has worked. I cannot call them as no data working.

I've also tried

reset network settings

contact sky-cannot as no data

cant get passcodes to buy anything online.
have loads of data (156gb) but can't use any. Did say something about APN, but can't find that anywhere.
