Sky Sim Not Working Abroad

I have just travelled abroad to Cyprus. My phone was working in the UK, but ever since I arrived the phone hasn't connected to the local network. It's saying emergency calls only and I get occasional "refreshing sim data messages". I tried various things. Restarting the phone, turning flight mode on and off, reseting the network settings and also going to my sky account and doing request network settings. The phone is galaxy s24+. I have used the same phone and the same sim card before in Cyprus with no issues. Can anybody please help?

Hi @ee6289 have you tried turning off automatic network selection and doing a manual search and try different ones from the list ?

Also make sure this setting is set to Abroad:

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Abroad..

Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.
