Delivery date coming soon

Ordered an in stock item ( purposely a different colour as was only in stock with this one )

the order said delivery within a week. But it's been sat on ' coming soon' any idea on this or anyone had any experience with this?
desperate for it for Thursday due to starting a new job and needing one for that.

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
