Anyone had problems with their Galaxy Flip 6 mobile screen freezing?

I've tried contacting Sky numerous ways to ask for help & keep getting a robot telling me they'll send a text, but my mobile has totally frozen now. I paid an online expert to talk me through different reboots, massaging screen, gentle taps on the corners, but no joy. The phone is only a few months old. I've kept it out of the sun, kept it clean & safe, never dropped it, so I don't understand why the screen freezes. It started 3 days ago, where It occassionally worked, but it's completely stopped now. Any advice, or how do I get Sky to fix it? Is there a human I can speak to?
