&lt;P&gt;If Sky has told you that your number has transfered have you checked that your mobile itself is now showing the correct number:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this is an iphone refresh the network settings so go Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Transfer or Reset [Device] &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset Network Settings.Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it is an Android phone go to About Phone &amp;gt; My Phone number, change it and reboot the phone. Also in text settings change the chat function to automatic. Make sure your current number is ticked and the temporary one isn't.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I joined sky on Monday and put in a new SIM card. I have request a number change as I was with Vodafone. It's been 3 days although my number has been changed on my account, I still have no service. No network, no one can call me, no mobile data it's been 3 days so I need my phone. I have no way for school to contact me ect&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
