Hi @churston56 what t issue is this giving you ? I often only have2 bars of signal but don't have any problems. Is any mast issue showing in your area ?

I've had no service for 4 days now they keep saying a mast has gone down in my area but I left my local town and went further afield and still nothing im one more day away from leaving sky

Have you tried restarting your phone both in your home area and away from it @Shann2 ?

2 bars of signal is poor , and goes down rather than up ,
