&lt;P&gt;If it says "coming soon" then it will stay at this until it is ready to be dispatched which can't happen until the stock has come in from abroad. When it is dispatched this means it is on its way&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;the courier who will then contact you with a one hour delivery window.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it says it's coming soon i doubt an agent in the call centre will know anything more up to date but by all means call.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
