No phone has no signal, can't receive calls and make calls. I can connect to the WiFi but I have no mobile data if outside

Hi.

Everything is fine on the network coverage. This has happened since I switched from eir to sky. I'm without a phone now 2 days. This needs to get sorted as soon as possible. It must be something with my phone settings

Have the same problem......

Been without signal,text or data since middle of March 25.
Tried Sky numerous times , sent out new SIM card as well as e sim with still no success.

They are now ignoring me but expecting me to pay for something that doesn't work!!!!

I'm sorted now. Everything is back for me. If you're not getting anywhere with them, ask to speak to a manager or send an email of complaint. Or another thing u could do is head to a sky shop.
