      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched to Sky Mobile with a new device iPhone 16 from Vodafone 3 weeks ago!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I still cannot use my phone for calls texts messages data etc unless I connect to WiFi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been in touch with Sky on all platforms and still no closer to solving this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you reset the network?&lt;BR /&gt;Settings&amp;gt;General&amp;gt;Transfer or reset phone&amp;gt;Reset&amp;gt;Reset Network settings. This will reset WiFi settings as well so you'll have to set it up again.&lt;BR /&gt;Otherwise sign in to your Mobile account &amp;amp; resend the network settings to the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
