It's not clear what you're asking. But if you do not have WiFi then you need to purchase dataplan(s) for your devices if they have cellular capability.

You can always tether your iPad to your iPhone so you only need 1 dataplan.

I am new sky customer. My sky and broadband has been installed but I don't know how to get into WiFi. As my mobile showing no wifi connection

On both devices go to Settings > Wifi and when it finds your Sky connection select it and enter the wifi password that is on the card that came with your broadband hub and is also printed on the hub itself.
