    <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded one of my mobile phones 4 days ago passed all checks then recieved e-mail being declined along with locking MySky account. I rang and was told it was an error on the system and to try again once cleared by SKY. This I did only to have the cancelation and lock applied again. I cannot get past the auto response on ringing. Is there even a point doing this for a third time?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;No, I wouldn't place the order again as the chances are that the orders are being cancelled due to you failing the credit checks, so if you have then this will be something you need to look into yourself. You could sign up on a free months trial at somewhere like Experian which will give you access to your credit record. If you do this remember to cancel before the free month finishes.&lt;/P&gt;
