Price doubled!

Hi So I got my kids a sim card each for £5 a month for each sim. Now the price has doubled! I understand the April price rises but doubled! That can not be right. There was nothing when I signed up saying it was only that price for 3 months. It was £5 sim card for I think 5gb data each month which they hardly use as I've got 50 odd gb in the piggy bank. So what gives ? I can't currently call sky as I'm in Thailand.

Hi @Slayer2005 have you checked your message centre to see what your contracts say ? Or look at your bills to see what it says about discounts ?

I found the email and it said nothing about it being for a certain amount of time as in "for 3 months" here's a copy and paste...it says it's 12 months.

So why they have upped it. I've basically reduced the package to 100mb for £5 a month until I get back from holiday to call them.
