      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apologies for the direct contact, but I am reaching out in a final plea for assistance regarding an unresolved issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I initially raised a concern with your customer service team regarding a mis-sell issue that is due to cause financial loss exceeding £200, along with significant time and unnecessary stress. Unfortunately, I have since stopped receiving responses from the team and agreed call backs never occurred. Currently sat on hold with yet another advisor whilst sending this cry for help – 31.24 mins so far. Oh and now they have hung up whilst on hold.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am happy to share the full case details, but I am requesting that someone take ownership of resolving this matter promptly. My wife and I have shared this issue on our combined social media platforms (with over 340,000 followers), where we've received overwhelming support and confirmation that this appears to be a fault on Sky’s part. Despite tagging Sky in our posts, we have yet to receive any acknowledgment or response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
