Received a Credit today from Sky Digital ?

I pay my bills on 10th month, no issues.

have received a refund today of £38.76 and no idea why, nothing showing on bills?

any ideas?

Hi @Charley24 as this isn't sky CS here, mainly customer helping customer, no one will know why you have a credit on your account. If you can't see why from your bills then call sky on 150 and see if they can find out what it's for.

Hi @Charley24 I've just had the same thing. I closed my account with Sky last October, but I have received a sky digital credit this morning for 24 pounds. I've logged in online to my old account and there's no reference to it in any of their messages. I'm going to contact them, but I've no idea why I've received it.

Wnat might have happened is that when you left Sky there was a credit on your account and for whatever reason it wasn't refunded to you so it has been now. As it has been refunded it will not appear on your closed account.
