topic Mobile Accessory in Sky Mobile

I’m about a year into my mobile accessory contract, with around two years remaining. One of the accessories has now stopped working. I’ve already completed all the troubleshooting steps and used the ‘Fix My Product’ option via Sky, but the issue remains.

Although I’m no longer covered under the initial warranty, the product hasn’t been damaged — it has simply stopped working through no fault of my own. The right earbud isn’t recognised by my phone, and it won’t charge at all.

Can this be returned as a faulty item and replaced?

Hi @Molly971 you will need to call sky for help with this but if it's out of warranty then there will probably be a charge to repair it.
