Hi @Josh277777 if you order a new sim with a new plan then that will come with a new number. You could try calling sky to see if they can apply the new plan to the old sim or if they have any deals for your old sim. Call on 150.

I'm looking at upgrading my phone but staying on the same plan means I'm paying an extra £10 for less data, if I start a new contact with a new data plan will I still keep the same number as it's on the same account? Cheers
