My sims recently been activated after a month of trying, but I don't know which sim I'm using as they sent me 2 replacement ones. Could you tell me which one it is and if my new number will be transferred as I can't do it without knowing which is the right one

What one works in your phone as we are customers here so we cann't say which one you should be using so trial and error is what you need to use here by inserting each sim in your phone and whatever one works will be what you need to use.

Have you got a Pac code from your previpus network, if so you need to give it to Sky that you might be able to do here:

If not then call Sky on 150 to give it to them, stay silent when asked anything by the bot.

You can not transfer a number between two Sky sims.
