Hi. Can anybody help. I've got an Apple I phone and I-cloud relay have told me that my sky isn't compatible until private relay is turned on. Can you advise how to do this!

@Dee1959 Follow these steps

Set up iCloud Private Relay on your iPhone or iPad

On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
Tap Private Relay, then turn on Private Relay.
To change your location settings, tap IP Address Location.

That doesn't sound right as you do not have to have private relay turned on for any Sky related device to work, I don't and my devices work perfectly.

Hi, thanks but I cloud on my phone are saying it's a sky issue! Relay is turned off on sky?

What is your issue as you haven't said so are you having issues with the MySky app and if you are what is happening ?

I got a notification from Apple I cloud that private relay couldn't be activated as it wasn't switched on with my sky equipment. I didn't know how to activate it.....

@Dee1959 Which sky equipment do you have and want are you trying to achieve by connecting your phone to it
