We have 2 SKY Mobil iPHONES APPEL 11 unable to contact Sky HQ using all contact numbers even European Help line we hear intro but signal breaking up checked with Apple Store in Almeria Spain all settings working except when phoning Sky, and worst of it it starts the £2 perday passport anyone else experiancing this problem??

Today I have no calk/text or Internet though 5G,you go onto sky website (I've connected to a free WIFI) but sky says no issues in the area, great Sky again "it's nothing to do with us" rubbish

Then Sky can be contacted via social media and the likes of Facebook Messenger.
