&lt;P&gt;To claim you&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have just ordered the Samsung 10 fe tablet. The offer states that you can get the ai keyboard and Samsung fe earbuds for free. I can see you apply for they keyboard on Samsung site when the tablet has been received but it said on the advert the Samsung buds will show on the order confirmation? How do I go about claiming for these?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
