You can't cancel an order on a public forum.

I would have thought the cancellation policy and details would have been on the confirmation email you got. You can also just give Sky a call.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Hi @Ashnikumar as already mentioned above you can only cancel an order by calling sky. It can't be done here or online.

You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

You will need to contact Sky to cancel the order.

Sorry @Summer19 as per the posts above yours we are customers here so to change the colour you will need to call Sky and they will have to cancel the order you placed then place a new one with this other colour you want. Doing this will mean you mean you will be credit checked again.
