Using data in Italy

Hi, my data is not working in Italy. I've turned on data roaming and the network is correctly showing italian options. I've removed the spending cap and manually rewrote the information in mobile network settings. Not sure what else to do. I've bought an esim from Airalo to use in the meantime but that's not working either. Thanks
