      <description>&lt;P&gt;Then it won't be 'removed'...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Changing the date doesn't just move the date - it recalculates and can trigger a double instalment to ensure the repayment term is complied with)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have temporary issues paying then you can request a payment holiday for credit items.&amp;nbsp; But it is probably too late for this payment.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-payment-holiday" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-payment-holiday&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can always call Sky and see if there's anything they can do but missed payments can be reflected on your credit file.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
