Can someone please tell me the process of the upgrade, do I have to pay the remaining amount on my current contract to swap /upgrade please? Many thanks

@Miss-welshellie If you trade in your old device the value of it will be deducted from the amount you owe, if the value of the old device doesn't cover the total amount remaining the difference will be added to the first available bill after swap completion and taken in one go

The device you are upgrading/swapped does have to be paid off and there are a few ways this can be done. It can either be done via the value Sky gives you for it, or if this isn't another to pay it off then the difference is added to your next available bill and what have to be paid via that. If the value is more than what you owe against it then the difference is added to your account as a credit.
