Hi Team

I ordered a i phone 16 pro Max and upfront payment 159 pound have been paid.Then I got the email my order has been cancelled. It will takes 14 days more. I didn't get the refund amount.

If it has been more than 14 days then you will need to call Sky to chase this up with them.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
