No sky mobile network

I have used sky mobile for 1 year but suddenky am ubabke to make calls as I get an error message stating not connected to network. Can anyone help

I have the same issue and have followed all the online steps suggested online, still nothing.
It seemes to be from when i installed the last update.

Have you had any luck yet?

Same! Their network inside home is really bad. I often get calls and while picking its auto dis-connect. They seriously need to work on mobile network.

Sky, like most UK mobile providers, is not a network operator. The only real networks are EE, O2, Vodafone and Three: Sky Mobile uses the Virgin Media O2 network.
