I've just ordered 2 x Galaxy A56 phones for the wife and I and can find no information on how to claim the free gifts. Any know how to do it?

On the order page:

Order a Samsung Galaxy A56 between 19th March 2025 and 15th April 2025.
Once you have received your device, visit samsungoffers.claims/GalaxyAPack and submit your claim with 30 days of purchase.
Your claim will be validated by Samsung within 7 days.
Maximum 1 claim per promotional product ordered.

Iam already using sky mobile and ordered another phone through the my sky app, a samsung galaxy s24 fe it was adevertised with free air buds how do claim these ?
