Hello all for some reason I'm getting very poor signal everywhere I go. The strange thing is i've been and got a O2 sim to put in my phone with my Sky sim to compare signal straight. The O2 sim is showing full signal most of the place however my Sky sim is constantly show little to no signal. Dose anyone know a reason for this?

Possibly a faulty sim. Contact Sky and request a replacement which will be posted to you.

I have exactly same issue.

Coverage is advertised as good indoors and outdoors but I can sometimes get one bar for a few minutes at home but even that disappears after a few minutes. Restarting the phone sometimes gets the one bar back but then, after few minutes, its gone again.

When I tell Sky I get texts saying everything is OK and I should restart my phone. And so the loop begins again.
