Wnat are you trying to login to and what is happening, so if you see an error message what does it say ?

I log in with my email and password, I enter my account, and then I want to pay for my card subscription, and it says error restriction, I have to log in again to pay, I enter my name, zip code, and the last 6 digits of my card, and I can't log in, am I not entering the last 6 digits of the card correctly?

By card subscription do you mean your sim package, if so you shouldn't need to do this as you should have provided some payment details when you ordered it and if you did then Sky will take the payment automatically from you so has Sky been taking the payment from you ?
