Ive got a sim card that came with an ipad i got from sky, ive never been able to do anything with it, calls texts etc.

I now want to use the number for my son as im paying for it every month and not using it

ive tried all of the help suggestions on the sky website but theres nothing for my problem

Hi @samfelts72 did you activate the sim when you got it ? How long have you had it ? What's happening when you put it in his phone ?

it was activated through the ipad and it comes up as activated in my mobile account.

ive tried it in my iphone with is a 15, his which is a 12 i think and the ipad

If i try calling the number from a different phone i just keep getting the answerphone service

If you put it in your phone can you make calls from it @samfelts72 ?

I think the easiest thing would be to get another sim card

I agree @samfelts72 I would call sky on 150 and arrange for a replacement to be sent.
